Re: Jennifer Raper Ms Raper was at the SLC desk for Skywest and helped my wife and I with boarding passes to Atlanta (non-revenue). Only my wife was able to board. Ms Raper was prepared with an alternative already as I passed her desk on the way to an other flight. She came out from behind her desk to stop me to give me a new flight that she had arranged for to take me directly to Atlanta. Her attitude was very positive, very friendly, very polite.
