I got stranded in Brussels, Belgium while traveling from New York to Chennai, India by Jet Airways. We were taken to this hotel by the air line. At the front desk I was asked for my credit card at the frontdesk by ms.? Ursuval for "INCIDENTALS", which I did. I was chrged for the room which they know is the responsibility of Jet Airways to the tune of Euros. 255.50 (us $ 387.93). The hotel has not responded to my email & the airline is telling me to get it from the hotel and agree that they are responsble for the room charges.
