Our non-profit rented this house for a workshop on Aug 3rd to Aug 6th. We paid all the fees ($2258.61 and a $1000 refundable damage deposit) that owner, John Ryan asked. So it's been already over a month as we're trying to get on hold with the owner because he is not giving the $1000 dollars back. We're constantly calling his phone 425-322-8535, but he never responds.
