On 3-23-10 we were contacted by Miss Nacole Sanders representing the co. Above. She said they had a buyer for our timeshare. All they needed was $1,996.00 by credit card just for goodfaith. We were to have a closing date of 6-24-10 there was hold due to title search. Then the other party was held up due financeing. So closing date was changed to 5-27-10. That was the last time we heard from anyone. Telephone calls were not answerdThe mail box was full. The procuting attorey of Florida was notified and instruted us to wait 30 days passed closing date than notified our credit card company. Which we did and we were declined due to the time factor. The names of contacts are as follows;Miss nacole Sanders ; Mike Spinelli ; Jan Ortega ; Mike Sanchez ; Kimberly ; Jawell. All had the same story!!! We got the shaft from 2 companys Mega Media and our cedit card company U.S. Bank
