When the "Insider's Club Secrets" came I was disappointed! I found it did not meet expectations. It was about how to write travel reports/critiques to get paid.
I sent the book back had return confirmation so that I know it arrived. However, as quaranteed several times in the advertisement of the money back guarantee, I am yet to receive my $29. The book was ordered on 4/29/10 by check and returned on 5/28/10.
