They charged us over $600 for a non-existent dent in in a rental car. We disagreed and told them we'd dispute it with the credit card. They followed us around threatening us with arrest (we thought they were going to kill us). We called the Police. We had to change hotels for fear of more harassment. Others in town told us they had similar experiences.
Credit card made us pay it even though we had a police report and no inspection paperwork for a car with over 30,000 miles on it. Not worth it to fight it.
So I'm waring you to stay away.
