I arranged a trip on priceline.com on 3 March. On Easter Sunday my buddy-in law educated me that his trip have been transformed and so I appeared and mine was likewise. Priceline understood about that and didnt advise me at all. The new flights wouldn't work with me and so I named the airlines and was informed to get hold of priceline to create modifications to my routes. The very first person I spoke to got rude with and desired to cost me a charge to alter when it wasnt me problem. And so I requested to get a boss and thats when he actually got ruder and created me so angry I'd to holler at him and he hungup on me. I called back and informed the one who responded what had occurred and that I needed a boss and he or she got somebody about the point who had been suppose to become one and wasnt. Somebody named on my mobile phone and stated he was a boss and that I requested the individual about the additional telephone when they were a boss plus they stated no once they previously explained these were. The individual about the additional telephone did alter my trip departing without any issue but wouldnt change my return trip and kept showing to possibly consider the trip which was currently planned or change to some trip that quit at 6:00 am. I told him neither one worked for me personally since the earlier trip I'd be out at-sea and never at interface however and also the later trip set me in at nighttime and that I must be house ealier to obtain my kids down to university. He kept showing me I'd to consider the sooner trip and that I questioned him how am I guess to move or are they likely to purchase a chopper in the vessel. He immediately desired to return my cash in the place of looking after the issue. He explained that it'd be seven days to return it. Nowadays may be the 13 of may and that I still dont contain it. They began this on 5 May and that I noticed on the telephone that it'd be 10 to 14 business days subsequently was informed by another priceline person who it might occupy to 21 business days. The corporation is extremely unprofessional which is all about them you dont actually depend hello have your cash and don't care whatsoever. Dont use priceline.com actually or you're searching for large issues!!!
