Not refunding my money like they said they would

On 3/11 I was told by Taylor who works the front desk that I would be getting $240.00 back from a monthly rental as long as i gave a couple days notice before my departure. I told him that i was giving my notice right then. He said ok. On 3/13 i loaded up all my stuff into my sisters truck and went to the office to get my refund and let them know that it was time for me to go. My sister came into the office with me and Jane was working the desk then. The hotel bought a mattress from me for $50.00. That was the agreement that i made with them that morning. Jane gave me an envelope already sealed and we left. When i opened the envelope there was $60.00 in it. We went back to the hotel my sister went in with me again to help me get my refund due to me. Jane said that they dont give refunds for leaving early and that i should talk to Chris the manager about it. I was getting upset so my sister did the talking for me to Jane. She asked her for the number to corporates office and Jane told her that they did not have a corporate office. We told Jane that we will find a place to place this complaint. I know for a fact that they do give refunds because i stood there in the office in January and watched Chris the manager refund a colored man all of his money cause he was moving out early due to the fact that him and the woman he was living with there was splitting up. When i mentioned this to Chris on 4/1 he said that the guy got kicked out thats why he got a refund. So why did he get any refund at all then. I leave on good terms and get nothing but someone who gets kicked out gets a refund? Whats wrong with this picture? He should not have gotten a penny back. Chris told my sister on 4/1 that they do have a corporate office but would not give it to us. We threatened to go to the better business bearau to put a complaint in with them. Chris then said that he will try to get my refund for me. To this day still nothing. It is now 4/6. He keeps telling me that he's working on getting my money to me but i dont think he's trying at all. I am a perfectionist when it comes to keeping my room clean, I stuck to myself all the time, never bothered anyone at any time. Theres absolutely no reason for them to treat me like this.
