No refund ripoff

Earlier this year I booked a Christmas holiday for my family with Leger Holidays (Airtours), they took our deposit and booking fee, last week they cancelled our holiday, they offered us a second rate alternative or a refund.

I am awaiting my refund. The point is they cancelled at this late stage knowing it will be practically imposible to make alternative arrangments, and they have gained the intrest on mine and other peoples deposits. Legal robbery.
