Richard leger is a legend in his own mind ; This guy is a french Canadian a*-hole who has no nerve, no job, and no guts... However he claims glory, professing to be an operative of some sort with abolsih slavery. He solicits donations fraudulently, and spends the money on his wifes vsits to the platic surgeons office. This guy is definitely a freak of some kind
