On August 4, I contacted Mesha Green of Resorts Buy Owner because my fiance and I wanted to sell a vacation package that we purchased. She took my credit card information and was supposed to send me an agreement, which I would sign. Then I would be charged the $599. But instead of waiting for the signed agreement, she charged my credit card immediately.
Upon receiving the agreement, there were many errors. I corrected the errors and returned the agreement to her unsigned. Ms. Green corrected the errors, but made more errors. We went back and forth on this agreement several more times, to no avail.
The listing was posted on their website, which listing also contained errors and omissions, without them having a signed agreement from me. My fianc and I called and e-mailed Ms. Green and the service department several times, leaving messages, but never receiving a call back.
Finally, we sent an email to Ms. Green and stated that we wanted a refund immediately because they could not get the agreement right, and that they had no business charging us without having the signed agreement. We received no response from Ms. Green.
We again phoned Vacations Buy Owner on August 22, and spoke with Mike Hooper. After a lengthy conversation, he agreed that he would send it to the credit department and that they would be calling us the following week, but we have never received a call nor have I received a credit.
