I was contacted in May about renting or selling my Westgate Timeshare in Orlando, Fl. I was told they would send us a contract to read over and sign. We were to return the contract with our signatures and they would then put the selling/renting to work.in less then 3 months we would have our timeshare sold. If not my money would be refunded. I never signed the contract because of errors on it. I called Castle Resorts and they said my agent would get back to me. She did and convinced me the contract was correct and when she received the signed contract I would be charged $1285.00
When I received my credit card bill in July. There was a charge on it to Castle Resorts for $1285.00 I immediately called and got her voice mail. I called my credit card company and they advised me to try to resolve the dispute with the company and gave me another number to try.instead of filing a dispute charge then I kept calling and to no avail. I did contact my credit card company again to file a dispute charge but it's been to long and they can't do anything for me.
I called again today and got an operator but she only transferred the call to a Tim. But still only an answering machine answered and to leave a message.
