Cheapoair is a fraud, read my story before you decide

My name Daniel B.    I am a victim of CheapoAir.com and Anne Farewell. I paid Cheapo over US$4,000 for a plane ticket from New York to Japan. James  Fonovich, a Cheapo representative,  signed a contract stating that the ticket is refundable for a $500 penalty. Now, CheapoAir refuses to return any of my money even though I have not booked a flight and I sent them four written requests asking for my money back minus the $500 penalty.  I have opened a small claims  case against them in court and it will be months before New York state forces CheapoAir to pay me.
   For anyone thinking about using CheapoAir.com for tickets, don't waste your money. They do not have the lowest fares and you will be left on hold for 45 minutes if you try to book a flight. This is what happened to me.

  I have flown all over the world and Cheapoair has the worst customer service I've ever seen. They are located at 213 West 35th street suite 1301 in New York, 10001.  THEY ARE BAD LUCK. AVOID CHEAPOAIR.
