On December 23 I had been planned to remain in the Ramada Hotel in Clive, IA, having reserved the area through Travelweb.com. The journey confirmation number is 14230793357. We named the resort to stop once we had chose to travel on because of climate. The resort informed us we'd need to contact the 3rd party broker (Travelweb, a department of Priceline) which we did. We received the cancellation amount 66036179 and informed that the $2.35 charge could be evaluated for that termination, to that we decided.
Your card was later billed $49.68 from DPS Ramada, Clive despite the fact that we've a cancellation amount. The resort (whom I am willing to think) claims they didn't obtain any termination and, consequently, charged Travelweb for that stay despite the fact that we didn't appear. Further, they suggest that their termination figures are four numbers, nor begin with a-6. Furthermore, they suggest that any cost beginning through them might record "Triumph Lodging, Inc." in the place of Ramada Hotel.
Travelweb states the reservation is article stay, meaning I actually donot spend till I take a look at, in the place of prepay, meaning they cost me ahead of time.
Travelweb/Priceline also says the resort charged me and that I need to go up together. The resort states that Travelweb/Priceline charged me which I have to go up together.
I Will never employ Trvelweb or Priceline again.
