We bought timeshare factors in 1999 with Peppertree Hotels in Asheville NC and didn’t have any difficulty scheduling in Myrtle Beach while we were spending money on it. Because we've settled it off each time we guide in Myrtle Beach (Peppertree Ocean Club) we can not obtain the kind of space we reserved. They've set us privately facing the parking lot plus they do possess the areas open to lease although not towards the timeshare owners.
The maintenance charge went up for 2009 as well as for what cause? The homeowners can't-get an area so that they need to spend preservation so Festiva may hire the areas?
