In a FESTIVA demonstration in CHARLESTON, SC were guaranteed they'd purchase our ARUBA timeshare. Since we were being billed in the ARUBA timeshare $900 for a long time 2009 and 2010 for restoration and maintenence costs. The speaker stated FESTIVA might buy our timeshare and we'd never visit a statement again from ARUBA. We settled entirely for that FESTIVA TIMESHARA and right after the purchase of the ARUBA timeshare was DECLINED. The final site of the agreement we closed includes a DISCLAIMER which states that FESTIVA doesn't need to recognize any guarantees produced by the broker or speaker. We approached the ATTORNEY-GENERAL. They are able to do-nothing at the moment, but did recommend me to pay for the maintenence fees on time due to LARGE late fees. Additionally the collection company has GREATER late fees.
