Long story short... We arranged an overnight stay in the Courtyard Marriott in Cancun. We find the Marriott since we trust the string and simply because they provided a totally free airport taxi. Upon introduction I understood I'd lost the amount to demand the taxi but I had beennot worried since Marriott is this kind of ethical string. After leaving luggage claim I looked for around one hour for anyone to assist me having a telephone or contact data for that Courtyard Marriott. Not really the consultant in the additional Marriott in Cancun might aid. Lastly we were aided with a Mexican Visitor Standard Miguiel Manesro who agreed to contact our resort. Based on Mr. Manesro he talked to some Jose Ernesto Perez in the Courtyard Marriott. Mr. Perez advised him the taxi was hectic and we ought to have a cab towards the Marriott and we'd be repaid. Upon arrival in the Cancun Marriott Courtyard we were rudely advised that no body from the title of Perez worked in the resort plus they weren't going to pay people for the cab cost. I expected for that supervisor and was infromed that Mr. Juses Marin was the supivisor on-duty. He declined to complete something to assist us - essentially accusing the issue on-US once we did not individually contact. Lastly after I almost had a meltdown, Mr. Marin appreciated that certainly there is a on-duty... Mr. Cristales. We achieved with him and he agreed to provide us a totally free supper. Used to donot need a totally free supper. I needed the team in the Marriott to assist me solve my being scammed. No body in the Marriott was prepared to do something to make the journey to the underside of the issue making me think these were in "cahoots" with my rip-off. Main point here... The administration in the Marriott Courtyard aren't your pals!
