In October, I mailed a check for the final payment on my Norweigan Cruise Lines Cruise to Cruise Value Center.
They issued me a receipt for my payment, and never forwarded my money to the cruise lines.
They went out of business in November, and I was out the $798 after they cashed my check.
I have a copy of the check, and the receipt they issued. Also the invoice from Norweigan Cruise lines showing that they never received the payment from Cruise Value Center.
