I came to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic for the first time on October 27. I went to see the beach for the first time and some Haitian guy approached me and asked to me watch this presentation about getting a nice hotel cheap. I went since my hotel was not that good and I planned on staying for awhile. I went to this place called Escape 2 Dream and listened to the presentation done by Nairoby Hernandez and Juan Luis. The package was too expensive and I was not interested so they offered me a one week trial with no obligation. If I wanted to sign up after the week then I could. I gave Mr. Juan Luis my hard earned money and he gave me a receipt. I never saw my money again nor did they give me my hotel. I showed up for weeks and everyone kept telling me different stories. My son and I were very disappointed. I posted a video on you tube so people can be aware of the scams going on in Punta Cana. Do not let any of the locals talk you into buying anything on the beach and definitely don't give them your credit card or any money. They will promise you free gifts just for listening and they crooks.
