The Texas Attorney General's Office filed, and won, a consumer fraud action against Travelbridge of Texas (and its related companies) for defrauding the public by misrepresenting what they claim to be offering. The Attorney General was correct, Travelbridge is merely a thinly-veiled pyramid scheme offering almost nothing for the thousands of $ they seek from people who get suckered into becoming "associates."
HOWEVER... The final "settlement" from the Texas Attorney General's case resulted in a check to me and most other suckered "associates" for just a little over $100. That's less than the LONG-overdue "commissions" owed to me by Travelbridge alone... And is only about 2.5% of the total I paid into Travelbridge (over $4,000).
In short, these crooks are getting away with nothing less than theft. If you know ANYONE considering any involvement with Travelbridge in ANY capacity, warn them away from it. Travelbridge is a complete ripoff that promises lots in their high-pressure, time-share-like sales pitches. But then they deliver nothing that any smart surfer can't find for themselves on the Net.
