Bad experience w / hotel. & expedia.com. Made reservation on 2 separate occasions both were mysteriously canceled, I didn't find this out until i got to the hotels. Called hotels.com very unsatisfied they claimed that it was canceled on line but didn't know how or who did it. Would not put me through to a complaint department... BEWARE if you use these services.
