This travel agency is scamming its travellers by taking their money and promising to mail airline tickets, but they never do. I had paid them $700 for a British Airways ticket, but my ticket never came. When I called them to find out what happened, they gave me a false reason. I have been trying to get a refund ever since, but so far they have not refunded my money.
I have filed a police report against them. The Vice President, Himanshu Parekh, was arrested earlier this June by the Chicago police as he has stolen other people's money as well. He is out on bail currently.
