Awful customer service

We reached Wyndham Riverwalk in Jacksonville to get a conference, because the convention was in the resort, we arranged an interest rate for this for 3 evenings, Friday-Sunday evening and we would keep Saturday morning.

Upon arrival we discovered there is a $10 cost to playground, DAILY, without any where about to park free.

Your room was little, lamps were gray and just got better after making them on all night.

The toilet was therefore little we can hardly change.

After placing my garments away I came across it did not function, so that they needed to deliver somebody up at 1am. Subsequently, the "breakfast hook" doortag was completed with a prior visitor

We went downstairs to the Present's Bar to consume plus they introduced my fianceis food although not mine. This occurred TWO times in AROW. Their food was also outrageously priced. $13 for breakfast?! We consistently invested $75 to $100 daily on two foods for the reason that resort plus they were not actually reasonably sized parts! $6 to get a piece of dessert

Whenever we did purchase room-service they included a $2 shipping PLUS 20%. They quit our meals within the corridor THROUGH THE NIGHT. We'd to contact room-service to obtain them in the future pick them up

The next day I came across bugs within the toilet after my bath, I thought perhaps they'd are available in due to the water, and so I washed the pair I noticed up and allow it to be since I have noticed no further.

The following day, I woke up, required a shower and got touch by 5 bugs within the bath. After escaping, I lay during sex to look at television for some and discovered about 20 within the mattress and on my garments. They declined to accomplish something apart from compensation this 1 evening, however after-sales and town occupancy tax and parking, we wound up spending $300 for 2 evenings!
