A week ago, we spent three nights in the best western inn by the bay. We started staying there this past year. This season it appears that the hotel hasbeen single to new homeowners. We were very disappointed with the filthy problems in the resort. The tub appeared as though it'd not been cleaned in annually. The area smelled really poor. We went and puchased cleaning supplies and air freshners. The courtyard was desperately needing help. The grass was dead and the gazebo was falling apart. The area hadn't been vacuumed and also the mirrors were dirty. Does best western not need requirements anymore or do they simply not care the kind of people who are responsible for their amenities. You might not want your name on this inn any longer. 4
