On Wednesday 07/14/09 I purchased a bus pass for me and my child. I went by proper procedure and purchased the tickets before the bus arrived. I needed to get my child to a Dr's appointment by a certain time or I have to reschedule the appointment. Upon the arrival of the MAX bus the driver refused to wait for my child to board the bus.
Due to this total lack of courtesy or patience on the driver's part I missed my child's Dr's appointment. I want my $8.00 back, plain and simple... I called the company and they refused a refund. I also reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau. I am determined to get my money back from these rude, uncaring people.
