Despite all the negative reviews I tried to give this place a shot. Big mistake!!! Allthough the staff was some what curtious most of them were not helpfull or upbeat as you would expect. There was no vallet or help with the bags. Moreover, because of the reviews I was sutre to pay cash for everything. Allthough my girlfried ordered a bottle of wine from room service and used my visa. At check out there was a zero balance owed. 3 days later they charged $400.00 to my visa card FOR NO REASON AT ALL. I have called and left several messages with their supposed accounting department and have yet to rcv a return call or an explination of the charge. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Per the posted reviews YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!
