$1 first bottle/Then charged a 2nd bottle to my VISA

I responded to an email offer for $1. I was then charged for a 2nd bottle of $44.90 on my Visa which I did not order. I called and cancelled and they still charged my Visa again. I did a dispute with my VISA and they removed $44.90. Then I got a letter from BofA Visa stating Hoodia refused to remove the charge as I did not return the first bottle, which I still have the unused portion.
