We rented a condo from Will Tucker via Craigslist.com. This past winter 2009. We paid the rent in full prior to arrival. Upon arrival to the condo, it was the most disgusting rental unit we have ever encountered. The condo was filthy, rotten food in refrigerator and on patio. Dirty cupboard, bad furniture, linens were mismatched and sloppy. Master bedroom had mattress on floor.in spare room, glass next to bed with mold growing in it. Third bedroom was packed full of owners "junk" - unuseable. The patio had not been swept in months - debris and dirt all about.
Mr. Tucker refused to refund our money. Seniors vs. Crime of Sarasota attempted to resolve. Mr. Tucker refused to acknowledge they requests - lied to them on the phone, said he was someone else, disputed ever receiving certified mail from them, etc.
I highly recommend not doing business with this man. He is a scammer, unethical, and a con artist. Tries to be very charming but fails at delivering.
