My husband and i bought into this in several years ago. We asked about specific destinations and hotels before we bought and we were absolutely lied too. I have never found a place that i could book using this network that was any cheaper than anywhere else. And the places they have hotels and condos are limited
In about 8 years, i booked through it one time. When i got to the hotel (remember, these are supposed to be upscale hotels) it was a total dump. The hotel was in an area of the town that was considered the drug alley and the hotel reflected that. I left the hotel immediately and did get my money back from grand crowne on that, but only after much haggling and arguing.
My husband and i have 5 children and thought this would be a time saving and affordable (in the long run) way to take them on vacations. But it is a total crock.
They keeping changing their website and they assign user names and passwords (who assigns passwords?) and then they keep changing them, so it is not easy to get on the website and a phone call to them is a lesson in "that's not my department?"
If there are any class action or legal proceedings against these thieves, please let me know immediately. I will be on the bandwagon... Leading the charge if i could.
