I was telephoned early one morning and was unfortunately vulnerable. I purchased accommodation packages as I was planning a trip to the USA anyway. There was a 30 day cooling off period. The material did not arrive in Australia within that 30 days.
I e-mailed them saying that I wanted to cancel, but got no response. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the payment. I was to send the accom. Vouchers back to the USA. My father became critically ill during this time and subsequently passed away. I did not manage to get my paperwork back within a reasonable time frame and the payment was allowed through. I have since tried to contact the company but to no avail. No response to e-mails and the telephone is not answered.international directory does not have this company listed at the FLorida address. Has anyone got their money back from these people?
