Received unsolicited telephone call from Hotel Bargains with offer of 14 nights of accommodation for free, just need to purchase 2 meals each day at place where you are staying. Plus 20 vouchers giving a further $10 off meal purchased at cost of $249. Cancellation notice form arrived in mail well passed 10 days cooling off period with no details of package offered. Further $10 amount withdrawn from account without authorisation. Vouchers for $10 of accommodation and flyer arrive in mail. Nothing like given over the telephone. Unable to get response on telephone call to discuss concerns with them. Forced to cancel credit cards as alarm bells beginning to ring. Have lodged formal complaint with bank who are investigating dispute further.
