My worst experience with customer care PNR No. - yqc4fa

Hi,

I've had the toughest customer service encounter using the makemytrip. I really am so much frustated using the method customer service discussions and answers your question.

I needed to reschedule my parents seats due to medical crisis that was reserved for 29th August (PNR No. - yqc4fa). I called-up recently (5th July) and spoke to "Ruchika". After speaking for an hour or so on telephone she explained the reschedule fee is 300$ as well as the airfare distinction. I expected her to guide it for 14th of september since on makemytrip site I really could begin to see the airfare was $726 per-ticket (means the airfare distinction could be $4). She explained the airfare distinction on her behalf program is 100$. I don't realize why two interfaces of the exact same program is providing this type of huge difference. She described it in my experience that occasionally airlines place additional costs for the reschedule. I expected her whats the termination cost?
