My partner and that I have cruised for more than 10 years. We've a visit 4/11/09-4/18/09, we checked baggage at interface of Ohio, viewed them label it, and place proper space# on, carrieris, 3 of these. Never noticed them again, we cruised seven days, nothing, no garments, toiletries, sneakers or cameras. Regal offered us a $200.00 voucher due to their web store, (after 2days) maybe you have looked up to speed, we bought 2 swimsuits 1-T-Top apiece. There does that $200.00, terminated excusions, experienced no long pants or shoes, cannot attend official, was informed "PROHIBITED IN CONSUMING WITHIN WITHOUT, SHORTS OR LONG JEANS. It was an overall total waste of $3500.00, plus airfare. Regal mentioned they're not responsible for luggage at pier, they don't employ, them... But wait. They sure are accountable given that they outsorted the task. Long story short closing, they'd me invest 5 times detailing all of the products, product information, approx. Date bought, around. Price. And so I did entered it and shipped it. You realize all-along regal understood they'd just settle $600.00, overall to us. Our luggage and toiletries charge that much... Exactly what a horrible horrible company that is and that i can send as many emails when i may about that, and hope nobody actually needs to undergo this again... You discuss 'number, not any customer support, 'without doubt noble is going from enterprise, and stockholders should be familiar with their porr unfavorable, uncaring, rude method of handling this siutation, so basically we lost over airfare and sail, $4,000.00, i invest days to accomplish the shape understanding regardless of what i had been only obtaining a maximum. Of $600. For both folks... Beware people, they're a sorry excuse of touring and customer support... Terrible. I am however calling people.
