I'm a worker of the Holiday Inn Express within the Washington D.C. Area. I've to express, I've never worked in a more racist, prejudiced organization in my own lifetime. The continuous racial remarks towards African Americans and Hispanics is incredible. The leading desk team is completely republican that will be not a problem, however the continuous comments made my approach concerning the Leader and my being truly a democrat are improper. Stay and allow live! I make no comments to these folks, the comments are unwanted. I've noone to protest to, whilst the top desk manager is better buddies using the Common manager, and also the general manager is involved towards the associate general manager, plus they are consequently close friends using the housekeeping manager. They've dismissed a worker, simply to employ the leading desk supervisoris sibling to load his work 24 hours later. It's an unpleasant operating atmosphere, and am really amazed they're still running a business. They've particularly stated that they'll NOT employ hispanics, and also the remarks made about African Americans, particularly on President Obama's inauguration day were terrible. Where may I being an employee visit create a proper complaint against them? Who owns the institution has enjoyed in these remarks aswell. I want help!
