I can not let you know how dissatisfied I'm with Elegant Caribbean and Retreat of the Oceans. From begin to complete this sail was a catastrophe within the building. I actually donot blame my travel company (Prepared Set Go Journey), they did anything within their capacity to assist correct all of the issues I experienced up to speed.
