I sent Nicholas Clarke 250.00 for a deposit for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom vacation home in 3/09. Long story short He called on 5/20 and said the house was not available for the dates we had previously booked and he tried to compensate us by putting us in a standard hotel room. We declined and requested our money back. We have not heard from him. I have tried to contact him via text, email and telephone. Not to mention we have a contract and we also had nonrefundable airfare tickets. I would like my 250.00 back and half of me and my friend airfare back which is 304 for a total of 554.00.
