In cruising Liberty of the Seas on Royal Caribbean my daughter and I went to the gem seminars given by a woman called Karen. She insisted that if we were to purchase jewelery it should be purchased at Diamonds International as that was the most reputable store in
St Maarten.
In taking her advise we went to the store and I purchased a tanzanite/diamond bracelet for myself along with a tanzanite stone and a ring for my daughter.
We needed the ring enlarged and the bracelet enlarged and they said there would be no charge for what they called work shop. They informed us that they put the charge on the receipt but would deduct it on the charge card.
Well low and behold when we checked the charge card the work shop charge was billed also. I have been e mailing them back and forth for over a week now and they refuse to give me back my money even tho they even admitted in the e mail that I should not have been charged.
The cruise ships need to stop pushing Diamonds
International as I am sure they are getting a kick back for their presentations in fact we found Karen relaxing up in the VIP lounge. Diamonds International is a rip off Beware.
They need to be stopped
