Marriott Residence Inn
Employee complaint-guest relations

On march 11 i experimented with stay at your residence inn marriott in white plains, westchester county, and was handled extremely rude upon my check in by your front desk clerk, eddie.

I've traveled to white plains ny eight times annually during the last three years. Each period i've visited white plains i'd a nice knowledge. This journey i had been extremely displeased from the front desk clerkis disrespect after i came. First, after i came there is aline of customers waiting. The worker eddie, was communicating with among the other workers. He was talking fully sufficient that we could hear the conversation was individual regarding his new motorcycle and car. This discussion expanded at least ten moments, although there were several customers waiting to be aided. While it was my turn to be aided, eddie didn't welcome me for the lodge, or did he use any courtesies such as for instance please and thanks. He scowled, seemed annoyed he had to help me.

I do want to contact the better business bureau to file a. Like a former chicago downtown marriott worker from 1991-1994 i really understand the "marriott method, " of professionalism, courteousness, and ultimate guest pleasure. Eddie (front-desk) ought to be significantly punished for their rude manner, perspective, and unprofessionalism.

Since you understand my encounter, i'm sure you realize why i'm upset about my current attempted stay at your resort. I'll not stay at your hotel after i travel, and that i may guide my reservations having an alternate area, since i have am important benefits (resort) member since 2006.

Truly,

Vashon mcintyre
