Thinking I would do something nice for my son's wedding, I purchased a cruise for their honeymoon. Big mistake... The VERY next day I cancelled the cruise due to them just finding out she is going to have a baby after 7 years of trying. So, I called immediately within 24 hours and cancelled the cruise.
It has now been 3 weeks and NO ONE can tell my why they refuse to refund my money. Not only did Carnival keep $300.00 for an admin. Fee (yea, for an overnight cancel), but, now, I can't even get the kids a hotel room. Carnival has kept all $900.00 of my hard earned money without giving me a dime.
My son and his beautiful soon to be wife cant even have a honeymoon. They could have, if the money was refunded so I could purchase a hotel room, but no, not with Carnival.
To top it all off, my son and Steph. Just found out the day before getting married, both will lose their jobs because the company they both work for is shutting down.
I HATE YOU CARNIVAL. I am going to spread this news everywhere I can.
You have ruined this poor kids' wedding and my attemtp to do something special.
