It is impossible to schedule a vacation. You must follow up with them to verify a location they do not call you back. Each time you find a location you are never first on the list, you have to call them back to see if it is available. This whole program is a scam. I will be more than willing to file a class action suit. We have money tied up in this scam and we need our money back, because they lied and the program is not as they explained.
