Hotwire arranged me a-1 sleep smoking, when required 2 bed nonsmoking. Discovered through resort that Hotwire charged me for cost of 2 sleep and hot-wire requires large fee on scheduling. Hotwire wouldn't move on changing reservation, offered me talk about plan - reason they do not enable customers to create mattress / space choice. They rip-off the resort and customer in the same period. Don't use hotwire. Contact hotel right. Never going to use hotwire again.
