Ruined my 40th Birthday!
My husband decided on a resort for my buddy and myself to enjoy & invest a-5 day vacation in Detroit for the 40th birthdays. The reservation facts were read from 'Hotwire.com' & reserved with 'Hotwire.com'. After calling 'Main Cycle Resort', we realized the reservation wasn't to get a large area with 2 double bedrooms. Hotwire.com misrepresented the accommodation! The area was a little space with 2 double bedrooms!
We approached Hotwire.com to alter the reservation & let them know their specifics were incorrect. They informed us "NO CHANGES". Then we stated we'd prefer to stop since the holiday was more than 2 weeks away. They said "NO CANCELLATIONS".
Hotwire.com charged our charge card to get a holiday we never required and closed up our Mastercard from having any capacity to quit the cost!
Do not utilize 'hotwire.com' to guide something!!!
