I reserved a rental car at the Toronto international airport in August. When I went to confirm the deal on Priceline.com, somehow the airport was mysteriously switched to Hamilton, Ontario.
I wound up cancelling the whole trip and so never used the rental car reservation.
Long story short, they refused to refund the $395.00 and I am currently disputing the charges for the fifth straight month on my credit card.
