Took a trip home from orlando to bradley hartford july 23 flight1472
to tske off at 5.30pm was inform flight delay due to bad weather we understand safety first. But all passengerwere were on board the flight at 5.45 pm till 7.45p. M without any air condtion and no drink be serve about 8.30pm. That is so terrible service because we see flight steward serve smiling giving a great service to 1st class service and what about us suffer without any drink, my son was coughing and I couldn't get a glass of water, that is unbeleivable. I hope u people will look into this matter do to my family using Northwest and Delta every year, now we are thinking of using other air travel. I hope you can do somethig for my family, like a trip some where.
