2 tickets were bought for my 86 year mother and one for myself. My elderly Mother is ill and not able to fly at this time. I asked for a credit of the ticket and they said they could but wanted a $150 re issue fee. Per ticket! We gave them a months plus notice and they could not do anything better than this! I find this to be very poor customer service and especialy when dealing with an elderly person. I would like to see some sort of help.US air confirmation codes are AG69QLAF38G8
