The Co. Sends a contract after charging your credit card $399. It comes with a $50 cancellation fee. The brochure states that they "represent your property via their website" which has NO LISTINGS - ONLY A WAY FOR THEM TO CONTACT YOU IF YOU WISH TO SELL OR RENT YOUR TIMESHARE!
