Wow... I'm so glad my sister in-law gave me this address. Now, I've not been ripped off. However, I own 20,000 points in Diamond that I just bought in November. My whole time was white-glove all the way. My sister in law purchased from this Sunterra company? Boy can she talk! But my purchase was terrific. Clear and straightforward. I have 4 other timeshare companies in my life. I live in Chicago, and now its time to get to a warm climate, so I've booked into Diamonds Point at Poipu. Booking was easy?
I'll let you know if the shoe falls whan I get there. They even gave me the name of this executive to call if I encounter any problems... I don't recall his name, but it's a movie star name.
