I bought a free rock while on the Carnvial sail. Although about the sail, these stores are seriously marketed and also you are guaranteed these are assured shops. Once I got house, I'd the band evaluated because it appeared as if there is an issue using the part (princess-cut 0.70 H SI3). I had been surprised to discover the rock was neither the dimension or quality that I believed 0.55 H I2). I named PPI and authorized a state, which was 7 mths before.
DI will not provide a reimbursement and after many-many calls I received an upgraded. Careful I'd the rock looked over and when again because it appeared cracked it had been no SI3 but an I2. I've been today trying to obtain a return. Carnvial requires no obligation and recommended that I'd to cope with PPI. If anybody has contact data for somebody at DI to facilitate this problem, please let me understand. They don't return calls or emails.
