Sells tickets with no confirmation and won't do anything about it!

Late in october i attempted to buy an airline ticket after serveral days i called them cuse there were no charges done in my account and i wanted to know when they would do it. I was told that my bank and faxed them a note that no charges are to go thru my account. Since i had worked at my bank in the past i knew this was untrue since they never fax anything out. But i called and was told that they do no fax anything and that there were no attemps from onetravel.com to take the money. They said they also emailed me i did not get an email. That ticket was 271.00.

I then went back to the site and tried to get another ticket, on twa i am reg. With the site so i don't have to enter in any info. About my self or my credit card i will be using i did change my card type to amercian express though. I then tried to get a ticket on twa but i did not get a confirmation or an email from them. So i called american express to see if any transactions were coming thru. I was told no. I called onetravel.com was told they did not see any tickets for me. I also emailed them to check to make sure i got the ticket. I was told no. I called american xpress again and onetravel.com to make sure i was not getting this ticket. The ticket was 350.00.

When i was told by onetravel.com twice that they showed no ticket from twa in my name i knew i needed to get another one fast the prices were increasing daily. I then got an airline ticket from usairways which i got an email and an confirmation on. This ticket cost 376.50. Over 100.00 more from the first ticket. That no one at onetravel.com can explain to what happened. My husband contacted onetravel and spoke to susan who said if there is a charge from twa which she could not find she would fix it and make sure we were not charged for it. But we had already gotten our american xpress bill which showed it and that is why we were calling her. She said she would have it adjusted. But as days when on nothing was done. And when my husband called back she all the sudden had forgotten anything from the last conversation. We also disputed the charges with american express but since they did not dispute it with the rite company we are stuck paying for it. I also and an email for a greg digby whom has no concept of customer service he emailed me an outline of the flights i bought of course the first one was there no explantion to what happened with it and the twa and us airways were there. I emailed him back asking him if he has this proof were was it when i called onetravel.com twice and when my husband contacted susan where was it. And i questioned him to why i would but two tickets for the same day in the same name on two different flights. He has never emailed me back. I have also written a letter to the parent company world market but have not gotten a response from them either. Had i known about the twa flight i would have not bought a ticket for usairways. I am told i can use the twa ticket but i can cost me 200.00 more for change fees and such. And since i won't be going to pa again for about a year or two it would be good then. I have no use for it and i should have never been charged for it.
