I purchased a package from cheaptrips that was supposed to save me loads of money on vacations. After receiving it, I realized that a little bit of internet searching would save me more than cheaptrips. I sent the package back by registered mail within the alotted time and requested my refund. Three months have passed, and despite repeated phone calls, I still haven't received my refund! And, to add insult to injury, the representatives have implied that my 'bad attitude' is the reason behind my money being kept!
